Basically I just care about the money, if any is even possible. Like that stupid site manbabies where they sell T SHIRTS, I wanna maybe do something like that. I mean is selling t shirts the main source of income nowadays? You can't do it with adsense anymore apparently with adblock pro and noscript. And the only jobs left in the real world are probably telemarketing and mcdonalds until robots take them. Ima maybe call it pausedretards.com, word up. And like post pics of famous people from videos paused in the stupidest looking frame possible. It is a subject that has fascinated me lolfully recently. So the idea is I make this site, right, and people come to it and see the dumb gimmicky paused images or something. Then they buy t shirts and I get rich. I might have to think of a different scheme though since using frames from other peoples copyrighted videos will probably get me sued for slander and theft + more laws. Nobody has time to tediously read every law so you pretty much walk around with your eyes closed hoping not to trigger one which can land you in an anal rape rehabilitation clinic. That's how society works I think. So what is the simplest way I can make this new super cool site, like with google pages or something? Or do I have to learn internet black magic like php and flash and other weird hacker terms. How do you shot web? |

Technically to create the site you should use something like wordpress for cms. But I dunno how lucrative it is to sell tshirts online really. |

This is just how I imagined the future would be. People were retarded to think there'd be flying cars and space suits. All you have to do is look at the present, then extrapolate a future that is as or more shitty just with more technological complexity and a higher world population, more pollution and a worse gene pool. The technology keeps piling on making everyone's lives worse and worse. The real life and violence of nature was replaced with a fake system of 'money' with fake predators like corporations. Instead of eating you, they prolong your suffering as long as possible. Every other human on the planet has always been an evil omnipotent mass united against me. All I have is me, and instead of seeing what I'm programmed to desire to see, I see this big fake mess. So I escape to videogames 99% of the time and get seriously mentally fucked up from them. In the rare times when I retreat from them back into the real world, the immediate glaring shittiness of the entire human mess and especially the mess of my own non-life quickly steers me toward suicide unless I go drown myself in videogames some more. All of humanity is just a bunch of brains used for torture. |

My plan was just to go to all the highest digged digg crapmemes and write 'cool pic dude (or whatever). OH BY THE WAY CHECK OUT MY SITE AT MYRETARDEDSITE.COM.' in the comment area. And also just write my website on 1 dollar bills with a thick permanent marker to take advantage of it as a viral medium. Since my website will be so ultra cool I'll probably need like 'more server space' when millions of people come visit to buy shirts and get meme infections. This one stupid chick made some stupid myspace site for myspace girls and made millions of dollars. Capitalism really distributes wealth nicely. Its nice how a fake rap fag like eminem can probably buy 17 planes and boats and slave clones of me. I need power. I need the one ring. There will be a period of intense violence, but after that, everything will be cured with me at the center of the universe as I was intended to be. |

Well, there is a lot of different areas of internet money that you need to read about. There are literally millions of people who create websites everyday in the hopes of hitting the big kahuna, but only a fraction of those ever succeed. Not trying to bring your hopes down, just saying it how it is. If I were you I would go the adsense way. The best way to make money is to actually have something people want, whether it be merchandise or digital content. If there is quality content that people want, your site will grow practically by itself. The problem is to create or get that content. But even if your site isn't the most original, you can still make say a porn blog and get a few thousand hits easily, and with some ads on there it will bring some cash in. I did this and got plenty of hits on my blog, even though I just reposted my favorite GIRL images on it that werent original or hard to find at all.. If you're going to go that route I suggest making a blogger.com account, since wordpress.com doesn't support html editing or ads. But blogger does.. and its free.. You can also go more shady ways and post warez, new mp3 albums and such, and have ads on there. I know many blogspot.com accounts that do this and they have been up for years with no problems with the law. Your last option is to create the content yourself, whether it be stories, reviews, political blogging, I can't help you write or make your content tho. Bottom line: it's easier to make money with ads than to sell physical merchandise. With merchandise you need to already have something people want. Your t-shirts would need to have a motif that targetted a specific audience, and that audience must be willing to pay. omg long |

Probably the best way to get 'content' is to make a site with a forum/messageboard. Then everyone makes the content for you while you make all the ad money. Can you put a forum on a 'blogger' site? Who the hell would use wordpress if it doesn't allow ads? Just camwhores who don't care about money? How about just copy/pasting huge dictionary word/phrase lists onto a site then slapping ads on it? Ok.. my plan is probably to set up multiple forums for various things on the interwebs. Like make a 'potatoes' forum for people who like potatoes, and an aphex twin forum and a teletubbies forum etc etc. That way users will generate all my 'content' and I make money from adsense. vbulletin seems to be popular but costs money? Why would anyone use that instead of free open source (like 'phpbb')? Also why is phobiazero often talking about how much this site costs to run? I think he even has a 'server', but why? Wouldn't it be better to just get some cheap web hosting instead of having your own server? I suspect blogger.com is pretty 'standard' like you write crap and post pics and videos. But what if I want my own control over everything, like what if I want to make a web-game play inside my webpage? Or like plentyoffish.whatever (I think the creator became a millionaire) where you have people sign up for accounts and other tricky coded stuff.. can you just use any programming language to do stuff like this? Damn ads are annoying. I just disabled adblock plus to see them. I wonder how much phobia makes on this site. Setting up a forum w/ ads seems to easy and obvious. You don't have to do anything, and users fill up the place with tons of key words for google rank or whatever. It might be better to target forums for people who aren't web savy, like grannies or something, so they won't likely have adblock plus.
