main Warp website on the front page's New Warp Releases
side-panel it lists the release date as 28th September.

i've emailed bleep to ask what's going on, since it was
originally meant to be delivered to arrive by 25th
September.

Sorry for the delay in replying to this. We just needed
to clarify the situation with Warp. Those to be shipped to
the UK to arrive at the end of next week, around the 25th.

Europe and the rest of the world will receive their boxsets
in the week of the 28th.

Kind regards

Bleep Support

finally got it today. some of the loops don't quite loop,
and the sound quality of them isn't as good as usual...

but the new BoC stuff sounds interesting

for those that have it, what speed are you playing the boc
at?

everything else is 33, but it sounds better at 45 to these
ears...

for those who're interested (which is probably just me)

this was 'limited' to 5000 pressings. which isn't really
that limited.

which also means that a lot of people must've pre-ordered
this

I can't say i'm too surprised. A lot of the manufacturing
would only be feasible at large volumes anyway, especially
that book.

A lot of people moaned it was expensive, but I bet warp made
very little (if any) profit on this, just like rephlex
probably made nothing with the Analord 10 binder. Shit aint
cheap!

yeah, loads of people did (and still are) complaining about
the price.

surely the ratio of expensivity between the Warp20 and the
Quaristice steel box would've been that Quaristice would be
more expensive per unit?

fucking "collectors" box, so be it.

I like the Clark track but only because it sounds comically
like some IDM created in a Swiss laboratory, 2 parts
Squarepusher, 2 parts Autechre, a sniff of BOCism and a fart
of random for originality and oh! It's over in under
two minutes before he gets found out.

The Plaid tracks are ok, like just more Plaid, which is
fine. The NoW tracks sound remarkably familiar for being
"unheard". The BOC one deserved to stay unheard, now I know
why there's a massive gap at the end of Teh Camphead
Firephase, it's where they edited out this dreadnought of a
turd.

everyone who bought this is an idiot. whilst warp may or may
not be profiteering on this release, it certainly does sound
overvalued and under-baked. Also, good luck on selling it
on.
