yes, have your thyroid checked. you may also want to start taking vitamins if you dont already and cut down on all nicotine/alcohol/caffeine for awhile, they all contribute to anxiety. |

Yeah, I did once. Had a hangover for about 3 days. It effected me physically, it felt like my stomach had been scraped out. But also, it had mental effects. Things got 'a bit too real'. I felt quite pessimistic about everything and really, really cynical. Really awful, like a bad mescaline trip. Though not actually as bad. Just have to ride it out. |
