Liam used 3 Roland W-30's to sequence his early stuff so of
course it's not good enough for music maker, who only ever
uses SuperCunt to masturbate his code.

and before you come back at me with "oh your music wasn't
good enough for you to keep all your amazingly rare and
expensive hardware so you sold it all like the pussy you
are", at least i never proclaim that i was amazing.

SuperCunt for the win

thanks oscillik. I'm gonna listen to it at least once
because I own pretty much everything prodigy ever
released(exception What Evil Lurks Ep) and other floating
cassettes. Always appreciated Liam's unique sound & style.
Mostly old stuff. I know alot of it ain't good. I pick out
the good tracks and good parts of good tracks. And fucking
dwell on them. Don't ever assume just cause someone's
following up on somethin comin out by a pop group don't mean
they don't know their shit. I know I know.. Do you know
music maker>? Do you dream about dreams?

if you look at prodigy discography the first couple of
records were co produced by someone else who then left and
it is this person that was the real talent, the rest is a
sham
LH admitted on colin dale show that firestarter was directly
inspired by "a mad little drum track at the end caustic
window ep" funnily enough

I don't know where you get from facts from, but The Prodigy
Experience, for example, lists no one except Liam Howlett as
the producer/engineer/songwriter. And that's arguably their
best record, so screw that.

haha , christ these guys can't even convince
themselves. would seem to add currency to the cliche about
dying before you get old. . . keith flint is like a cross
between a chuckle brother and compo.

what?

re-read my statement, and read it with the knowledge that my
statement was aimed at music maker's comments.

i personally like Prodigy material before The Fat Of The
Land. everything afterwards was quite shit.

do you worry when you laugh that you might make a little
golden shower? does incontinence plague your personal social
life? then may i recommend Tena Lady incontinence pads.
they're odourless

close enough?

mind you the sound is awful (there's even some mobile
interference in the deadspace between two of the tracks !),
but the digital release is just peachy

Utterly terrible album with no redeeming qualities
whatsoever.

Clownstep for the disabled.

i disagree with iron. it's certainly no jilted. it's like
they went back to their pre-jilted phase, took some ideas
and put some modern production on top. resulting in not too
memorable modern rave which will do good in the not too
progressive clubs.
wouldn't call it bad, but that's just about it.

I was fully expecting to hate it but I am half way through
my first listen and I am really really enjoying it. Really.
I think it's great.

I really wasnt trying to compare it to Jilted....just the
stabs here and there remind me of that album.

All in all it's not a horrible record, absolutely better
than
"Outnumbered" IMO

sounds crap to me.

bit of a pendulum rip off as well.

very poor. thumbs down.

Didn't get a Jilted feel at all here. Don't know where some
of you are getting that. Sounds very similar to their
previous album AONO to me. The only thing old sounding
about it are some of the 1 osc leads that Liam used.

Parts of it are pure nostalgia trips eg. Omen Reprise @ 1
minute in. It's a good enough album, I'd prefer it minus the
vocals though. Still it is a good album, as Peteleakage says
it has got a certain vibe about it but maybe you have to be
an old man to appreciate it.

it's an ok album

they tried new things with the last album, it didn't work,
so they went back to basics and gave us more of the same,
really old skool

the only problem is, it can never be as good as it was 15
years ago.

if you can't enjoy at least the "thunder" track - of which
the sample voice sounds quite like max romeo's - then you
might be dead. or deaf. whatever.

it's good

fair enough

still think liam has got lots of talent, but
somehow...dunno. it sounds like he tried to please every
prodigy fan in existence out there. and the result is a load
of half-arsed retro-rave with the balls of a transsexual.
