I've been away from my PC...

The next release will be set of two CD singles, each with
3-4 tracks, which will later be released as a 6-8 track EP.
That's how Come To Daddy and Windowlicker were. If it's new
material, the album will be quite short, with 10-12 tracks.
However, if Warp get annoyed with RDJ's slacking, they might
try and release some of his older unreleased stuff, which
could be more like Classics in length.

More to the point, what do you think his new album will
sound like? I reckon we'll hear more samples from the
outside world, judging from recent Rephlex releases (e.g.
the CD of telephone message lines). So many people are doing
the drill & bass thing now that he's going to have to invent
a whole new rhythmic idea. This is why Vis Inack was not
very convincing: it sounds like his old stuff.

I reckon Richard is gonna release his most inaccessible or
weird music that he actually likes, but it'll probably be in
limited numbers and on vinyl.

limited vinly pisses me off

i reckon he will release a big album. CAuse he has released
a mini-album, an EP and a single, but has not done a big
album for years.

I also think he'll make a big album, because he's not really
made anything solid on a Lp scale for awhile, I mean come to
daddy was great, but another album the length of richard d
james or i care.. would be brilliant. I'd probably settle
for anything though, vis inack was garbage though, but it
may of not been him..
