What do you guys do after getting dumped? besides the obvious weeping, getting intoxicated and calling the ex at 4 in the morning slurring obscene things? (i havn't done any of that except getting drunk, so far) |

we were together on and off for 2 years, and last nite i said " hey i love you" *silence*.... then he said "umm...funny thing is i don't know if i love you anymore i want to break up for a while"...and i was all "mutha fucka....." then he left and said he'd call in a few days when he figures shit out. |

I'm scared to to be alone and/ or sober. I don't mean I'm loaded every single day, I just mean if I don;t have my medication, I'm scared i'll have a terrible panic attack...Also, i can't leave my house without being at least slightly inebriated. It's a shit life, but i'm working on it. |

I reckon you should let yourself freak out for a while. Don't be afraid to be totally insane. This break-up gives you an excuse to be reckless and weird. The whole experience will probably end up being cathartic and help straighten you out a bit. |
