i've been trying to figure out what the name of this tv
show series was that i saw while living in london, i'm
pretty sure it was on in 2004, could have been 2005 though.

the idea of the show was to catch real life criminals with
hidden cameras and humiliate them in comedic ways. a couple
of segments i remember:

1. a big truck full of TVs has the back door left open with
no one around. a guy walks into the truck to steal one and
as soon as he's inside they close the back door on the
truck, then the side walls come off the truck and the guy is
basically inside a huge barred cage. they then drive him
around london for a while with a sign saying that he was a
thief or something. people in the street can see him and
laugh while he cowers in the corner.

2. a window is left open in a house with the TV, stereo etc
clearly visible. a couple of young dudes look in the window
and see no one is around, so they jump in to steal some
stuff. then people from the show come out of cupboards
dressed up as ghosts and chase them out.

anybody remember this show? been keen to find out what it
was so i can watch it again.
