It's something like breathing, like inhaling and exhaling. Time between pauses--while you're inhaling, it's like absorbing; exhaling is like putting shit out. It's a process: you'll have hiatuses, and then it all hits like "Pow." Plus, those [in between] times is like gathering info; the mind gets a chance to absorb things to express.
