physics exercise? i've heard that the mental state in which
you do it is important mostly

honestly. if you can make your frustrations a simple
physical thing it is good. you push all the badness into a
ball inside you and fuck it up with multiple sit-ups. it's
the only real and legit way to express/defeat bad feelings
imo. anger is too powerful and primitive to reason with, the
only thing it understands is physical release.

i'm sure that is good, as i'm sure that we can make an
imaginary ball of it and make an imaginary release that
becomes real in the moment that you are aware of the real
(see: chemical) damage that it does to our bodies without
even realizing it. of course a guarding approach would
generate more stress, so teh task would be not being
guarding at all. i should do more physical exercise anyway.

if youre looking for a mental exercise in releasing stress
there are loads of theories from crystal this to pilates
that. to deal with anger remind yourself that, most the
time, you don't have the right to be angry. a lot of anger
in the planet earths is down to people believing they have
THE RIGHT to get angry about something/everything.
stress is different; it builds slowly and wether you deserve
it or not it's there. it's usually down to circumstance
rather than outlook so you cannot really choose to rise
above it unless you expect yourself to be better than human
(you'll be pushing yourself too much if you do that).
exercise really is the best way but the bottom line is that
you have to relax; stress is that part of you that tells you
to shutup, sit down and collect, or it will slowly damage
you. i'm stressssed you can tell i'm very sorry.

crystal and pilates? no.. i don't believe in such stuff.
stress, whether occasional or chronic is the chemical
consequence of anger, what anger does to you after the
initial nervous reaction has gone away. and if you think you
deserve to be angry, you think you deserve to harm your body
with a a lot of different issues that do nothing but
generate more stress that generate more diseases, so it's
like a dog who tires to bite its tail. what one can try to
do other than do psisical exercise is described by cygnus
here.

it'll end as soon as you become the presence keeping an
eye on it..

of course we're humans and it can happen to get angry, but
quite a different thing is doing this for years and years.
the more you do it, the more time you'll need to recover
(without giving away your health to the pharmaceutical
industry). it's interesting to know that the first cause of
death in the unites states of america (and for sure it's
almost the same all around the world) is for medicines that
are supposed to treat those diseases. it's interesting to
know, that after 9/11 the american pharmaceutical industry
increased proficts by 100%, thanks to the media controlled
by people that have interest to keep people under a
perpetual state of stress.

crystal pilates: agreed.
wot cygnus said: very good way to put it.

stress isn't always anger, it's too much of anything imo. i
wish you well mo you seem like the kind of guy that's too
cool to get stressed. you'll find a way to "keep an eye on
your mind" (i'll bear that in mind cygnus cheers, it's a
good one).

yup it isn't always anger, but anger is not like seeing the
cops in the rearview mirror.. it's something one can control
with the proper wish. i'm not kidding you. i'm typing this
cos most of you are young enough to avoid it, i'm not that
young but young enough to desire a self change. for the
record, i've done bad things for years to my mind and
therefore to my body before realizing all this shit.

You crazy punks don't know the meaning of stress. Stress is
having to choose between the role of Swan in "The Warriors"
or the role of Tony Banta on "Taxi" as a career breaking
move.

depends on what the stress is from. If its cuz there's this
chipmunk that chomped down on your balls and won't let go
and you're running around in circles panicking, then I
recommend figuring out how to remove the chimpunk.

having to deal with listening to rubbish on the radio whilst

i try to reduce the contacts at work as much as i can cos
everybody is talking about the job crisis for hours and
hours, it makes my already tricky balls fall on the floor
instantly. but when there's the proper mood i can count to a
couple chaps for some craziness. i'm not bothered for others
music cos i wear earphones much of the time.

as for exercise... i think i'm too young for that shit :)
