I think we're dealing with one of those so called
"manipulated" photographs that you see more and more of
these days. My prediction is we'll see even more of this
phenomenon in the future. Clever thing, though.

It's not much different than having to drive to a bar or
store to get liquor. The laws prohibiting open alcohol
containers in a moving vehicle still stand, so the idea is
that you're driving-through to pick up the alcohol, and then
taking it somewhere to drink it. The penalties for driving
drunk and driving with open containers are still in place,
nothing's changed on that end. The fact that it might
attract people on their drunken way home from the bar just
makes it easier for police to corral many of them into one
area where they can be tailed, and, if showing signs of
intoxication, pulled over, and arrested.

daiquiri's are hard on the wallet but they are tasty.

in pennsylvania beer & liquor is more regulated than other
states. :(
we can only get booze at the state run store or cases of
beer from a distributor. no grocery stores, pharmacies
etc.
