Yeah i've got jacobs ladder and it's good. I know what your
saying with the silent hill having a similar feeling. The
subway in SH3 is exactly like the one at the beginning of
jacos bladder.
Silent hill. I have the film and it's pretty terrible. It
just dosn't seem to capture how the game felt to me at all.
Might give it another watch.
I didn't like john carpenters vampires very much.

Zombie films: Not sure i'm in the mood for it. I havn't seen
that much zombie but the few i have seen are badly lit and
the characters don't interest me.
I like my stuff to be a bit more 80's. I want the latex
special effects and all that. That's why the nightmare on
elm street sequels are brilliant (i like them better than
the original (gasp!))

if you can get hold of it "Flower of flesh and blood" from
the notorious 1980's japanese guinea pig series in which a
women is drugged, horrifically dismembered and disemboweled.
Charlie Sheen mistook it for a snuff film and contacted the
FBI.

Of course you silly monkey. But if i get anything japanese
the subtitles are gay or spanish or not there. I could dl
the subtitle shit then intergrate it into the film but it's
a fucking hastle and it keeps going wrong. I have to save
all these films, they cannot be watched before the big
moment, so i can't sit thru them and check that every inch
of it is in good order. So basically if anyone can tell
me about a magical torrent place where films aren't fucked
up, where there is a collection of rare horror titles, and
isn't invite only then do tell.
Help make this halloween
count ppl!

Nah. Just me, three days, weed, food, film. I treat
halloween more special than my berfday! I also make a wicked
halloween chocolate hunt for my niece, she's 8. For the last
2 years i've decorated the house with black cloth and spider
webs (i make it look just like out of the films!). Her and
her close friend have to search the house for chocolates
that lead them on a trail where i jump out as a masked
monster! They then kill me and get a key that opens a box
with a film like the corpse bride or hocus pocus. Last year
i maticulously planned an amazing mattress slide that had to
be put up while they looked for chocs upstairs. It went down
through a cratepaper monster mouth!!! I would have loved
that so much as a kid! So yeah we like halloween up in here.

[REC] is the craziest horror movie I've seen in recent years
because throughout the whole movie there's an intense
feeling of tension. Good stuff, better than the God-awful
remake known as Quarantine.

The Descent is also a pretty damn good Action/Horror

While not entirely scary, "Let the Right One In" deserves to
be in the list of horrors. It's the spooky story of a
troubled boy who meets a real, live vampire. Bonds are
born, bullies are bullied, and a few people get their necks
ripped open, all in good time. It's the new hybrid, horror
with heart, and I thought it was okay. trailer
