sorry to go for obvious inhouse choices, but its true.
also,if you want a game to amuse you for a few weeks i highly recommend Anachronox for the p.c - came out about 8 years ago and was criminally overlooked - picked it up for pennies a few weeks back. great console style rpg - only non lucas arts game to ever actually make me properly laugh too. as in, not funny for a game, but actually funny.

Man, I can't actually think of many really great games for the SNES or N64.
There's Super Metroid and a bunch of Parodius, Link to the Past, maybe Yoshi's Island (haven't really played it).
And then what, some JRPGs and arcade ports. Like Super Smash TV, it's great but no exclusive. And some weird quirky games like E.V.O. etc.
Help me, it's even worse for the N64, I can't think of anything outside of the obvious mario zelda perfect dark bnjbjn
What are some great games

Blast Corps is a gem. Hybrid Heaven, Shadow Man and Winback were fun, though I bet they aged horribly. And well what can you do, N64 had a top-heavy, shallow library. The good games had ridiculously muscular legs that kept my N64 useful for years though.

I forgot Paper Mario, Paper Mario is cool.

yeah, super smash tv, great 2player action and a nice idea of how to use a controller in 2d.
for those who dont know the game: you could walk all 4 directions via the steering on the left and shoot in all 4 directions with all 4 buttons on the right, wich made it possible to walk in any direction while shooting in every other direction. that was some slick controller design. you could also combinate for example up and left to shoot or walk diagonal. and you needed that for sure, cause there were massive amounts of opponents coming from everywhere...
internet says you can dl it for the xbox360 and i would advise that to everybody
