I dont get it, i've never got all like itchy for fag, i smoke but i can easily go two weeks with out one if and when i have had to. hmmph. i spose that means i should quit really but i'd never really quit it on account of smoking doobies, and it makes me look cool. |

your lucky but its that one first fag that burns your nerve endings off. y know the first few drags that hurt...they the fkers that do the most damage to the lung ...the further fags fill your veins with tar. i gave up i never ever thought i would ....havent smoked since august . the only way i could give up is "not to buy it"...dont have it near me ......oh whatever.....it takes many years till you realise what it does but by then its too late. oh you'll live but un-healthly so many in my family died or live like shit.!! .....even so i still smoked...thats the power...but at 29 i gave up ...nnnn...i had to wait until just before I was 30 ( like a magical date.) to give up ...when its just as hard at 30 as it is 18 ..so why wait. i can socialise now...took me a long time to sit with a smoker..and not smoke...maybe thats why i waited so long?! yawwnnnnnn freqy knows. but hey!!!! i live and i dont think of smoking took a while but best thing i ever did..except saving a dog from drowning that was incredible!! bye! x |

yes quitting smoking is tough. Just quit a year ago after being a smoker for 7 years. Though I miss it alot there are alot of positives: I can exercise without gasping for air. Food tastes so much better. |

I will quit, soon.....But a cigarette just goes so perfectly with a glass of wine.... I smoke only about 3 a day. |

IndigoIris well dones :P coool hey just think one drag and you'll mess your nerves up and it takes months years maybe to get back to near where you were. like when the counsil chop back the branches of trees neear roads ...takes ages for the leave to come back but its never the same. you have a lovely blooming wonderous set of lungs!! keep em man! under all costs. take pepsi do pills but not fags. your on the right track tradegy i was drinking tonight without the thought of fags.....hey remember when you were really young and you didnt need fags....that world is possible again. some smokers dont think it is ...they wait for the heart attack or serious message from their body.. like me!!! i ate some canabis the other week ....i was more stoned than i ever was off a spliff. i didnt need a spliff after that i can tell yee. |
