your so lovely and cool to care. running up ladders backwards is my new life dedication its freaking hard even at 79 degrees with my dog laying on the bottom rung. i may just stick to runnig sdrawkcab upstairs ive just had an idea......find a human escalator in shopping centre. run bacwards up said escalator that is going not 'down'....but UP!! . so you actually run downwards backwards of an escalator going upwards ! :P yeah!! |
