Do numb tongues sound enticing to you? Well then, how about just your own? If so, this magical root is a must try, for it really has to be consumed if you want a numb tongue. I've discovered this by "firsthand experiences", let me relate them to you.. When you read stories, what people seem to dislike most about kava is its terrible taste, but for me it's really not so bad. You know when your shoveling dirt and you hack into tree roots? The taste is of that earthy smell, nothing overwhelming, just a bit discomforting the way it clings to your throat. I've chewed and made tea out of the grindings and it don't do jack shit. Let me tell you more.. I don't want to talk about it anymore, now it's your turn to talk. Have you ever tasted tubers? |

kava kava will destroy your liver and its the most disgusting thing i ever tried. not because of its taste but because of the procedure... well its still better than that coffee where some sort of cats eat the beans and shit them out later, just to make em special, hmmm |

What's so disgusting about the procedure? The root is ground and dried (by machines), then you put some in a straining bag and squeeze it in water. If your talking old school style, chewed and spat by virgins, I understand your disgust. As for liver toxicity, most of the recent reports supporting your claim have involved the kava extract pills. These can contain traces of branches, leaves, and other chemicals that are dangerous in large doses. Stick to the pure root and use in moderation, lest you want yellow, scaly skin. I don't want that! I saw that coffee on a television program called 'Bizarre Foods'. He said "I want a tall cup of cat!" lol |
