Can someone give me a good voice text program for my
computer that sounds like Stephan Hawkings computer voice?
Thank you.

if you have any vocodor you can do it semi easily.
just vocode any buzzing sound against your own voice talking
in a monotone. try to talk very uniform.
hyperprism makes a good vocoder which is pretty easy to use.
also, it is readily available if you have no qualms or
moral dillemas against pirating software off the internet.

everytime i use a voice text program, it always brings back
memories of me as a kid, typing massive strings of offensive
language into my friend's Amiga 500 Say It program... those
were the days!!!

I third the text to mp3 submission.

Its easy to use, and you usually don't have to play with
different variations in the spelling of words in order to
get what you need (ie; when you ask it to say something like
'Reason', it actually says reason as apposed to reeaisyon).
