So I guess I've got psilocybin shrooms growing in my yard. Checked near my compost pile today and noticed some fungi popping up. Out of curiosity, I took some photos, gave descriptions, asked around on Shroomery.org, did some research of my own, and conducted a spore test. Sure enough, they are Panaeolus subbalteatus I've got 2 pounds easy, just growing in my yard. Haha, anyone wanna trip? I'm pretty stoked on this. |

Center of the US. Spore test can and should be done immediately after the fungus is picked. Remove the stem at the base of the cap and place it with gills down on a white sheet of computer paper. Set a glass, jar, or cup over it to preserve the humidity around it. Keep in a place with minimal airflow for 6-24 hours. if it comes out blueish, you got psilocybin. If it's blue, it's true. :] But that's still not a legit way to tell if the actual thing is edible or not. That just tells you if it's psychoactive. |

It's been years since I've tripped. I'd be up for a light trip, as I've never liked tripping hard. I do enjoy the euphoria and body-high that comes with a light dosage. |

Just got home from another hunt. Add 3 pounds to what I've got. Also, while exploring a creek, I ran across 30-40 M plants getting ready to bud. They look healthy, so I'm going to get some trash bads and swipe a few for my own cultivation. |

Hha no, I just get out and explore a lot. I live in the suburbs, but there are some areas that still have some growth, near water. And during this time of year, when its wet and hot, you can find shit growing, such as the shrooms. And all the potheads go smoke at places like this and toss their seeds, so plants grow. Normally, no one would notice it, but I like looking around. I'm a god damned scavenger. |
