some music to listen to in the dentists office for a root
canal?
I'm really really nervous, so something soothing that might
take my mind off the drilling going on inside my mouth?
Thanks.

i know it is natural to worry but i promise u will be ok. i
would plan something to do for afterwards like as a reward
so then u will think positive things and it wont be so bad.
picture me holding your hand while u are there! and stop
looking at youtube dentist videos! :)

oh wait ....i can help tho!!!! ask him for the numbing
injection 10 mins before you go in for drilling!!! very
important!. aswell if you dont like needles ask for numbing
stuff to dabbed on first before the injecting...if he says
no waste of time .....say your gonna puke!! and pretened to
feel faint. then ( i know it sounds sad) but cry or
something. that way he/she has to do their job right.

ive been so many times to the dentist im not worried at all.
its easy really just an odd feeling ..

just remember that your gonna come out in better shape. and
also do not !!!! do not!! have mercury amalgam fillings.

have the white ones.

its from the film ...marathon man. dont worry just have
that numbing done before your treatment....ask the office
people assoon as you entre.

say i would like the numbing to be done before the actual
treatment so that i dont feel any pain please.

they usually do the numbing then ...you go back out to the
waiting area for a short while. then your set for the
treatment.

"is it safe ??" = marathon man film ....a scene in the film
with a crazy dentist nazi torture bloke. he just says is it
safe and drills holes down through the pulp

Bang On A Can (Eno) - Music for Airports

Eno/Budd - Ambient 2

Ok here is what you do. Make yourself a playlist and put on
it some of the above, plus:

this, and this, and this, and
this, and this, and this.

oh i'm not at all worried about the pain, it's the smell of
the dentists tools, the dentist right up in your face, THE
NUMBING, I HATE feeling numb, part of my huge problem with
anxiety, the office os far away cause it's the only place
that takes my insurance, he's indian so i don't quite
understand what he's saying....ummm... the office is cold,
and little, and dark.... knowing that I can't get up and
move around...the build up of the appointment date.
Just reading all that i had a mild panic attack... oh this
isn't gonna be good.
