i wrote my mother a poem on mothers day (the british one). here it is:
From whence I came? From mother I’m told. So mother has a mother too? ‘That’s right’, I’m told.
So where did these mothers begin? ‘Big Bang’, we’re told. A concept alien to me, Never a mother, can I be.
So it makes these people. That walk the world. Not quite sure why we’re here, Mother says not to fear.
Best to listen to mother, She’s got the kit for this. Who am I to ask? She can see my mask.
So all hail to the mother box. That universe creator, That create you and me, And praise, for the closest thing I see, That mother in all greatness be. In a humble state, A God that set me free.
