anybody know how taking vitamins could be bad for you, if you don't take too much that is
i just started doing it again, one multivitamin with 30 vitamins a day. it contains 50 % of the daily prescribed dose of these particular vitamins
i don't like it too much, i sometimes feel kind of 'charged' (must be psychological i guess)
also i got half sick, but that's just sign for me it's working: my balance has shifted, the same thing happened when i stopped smoking

What are the merits of taking artificial vitamins? I'm a big fan of fruit, and to a lesser extent, vegetables, but I eat both fairly regularly and make sure I get my protein as well. I've never felt "deprived" of nutrition and almost never get sick. It seems like its easier and better for your body to eat veggies and fruits.. There's such a wide variety of flavors and textures available in that group that it should be easy to find ones you can stomach (that is, if you somehow hate both fruits and vegetables).
Sorry for sounding preachy.

i eat enough of that too. i'm just afraid i'll miss certain vitamins, which will only manifest itself later on in life.
it's probably paranoid. i should mention i am a veggie though
i should up on this shit, but i'm too lazy, and i'm sure experts are non-conclusive anyway

Have you taken any Vitamin D supplements? It's the hardest to find in food so if there are any supplements I guess that they may have some advantages, the "charged" feel may be a placebo effect.
