As far as spam threads go, I really like how it went in thread. I like the idea of being able to bounce tracks off each other, maybe centered around a certain style or something and giving each other feedback in a more open forum. I dunno it makes it less about the business of I gotta get mine and more about the culture and community. I mean, the only drawback is that the other spam in the thread might take the focus away from the thread makers original track and thats not really cool, but maybe if there were threads made w the intent of it being open it could work. We can probably all relate to finishing off a track, uploading it, then making a topic this is that real jam they are gonna love this... ...wait a few min.. *refresh* ...wait a few min.. *refresh* 5-10 min go by *refresh* finally a post xltuser: I like the beat but the mix sucked. |
