this would just lift the federal penalties and i believe
states would be able to enforce their own penalties if
wanted, or to not do anything at all. i think pot being
legal in the US is a long ways away if ever. we'll probably
all kill each other or global warm to death before it
happens.

i've enjoyed pot from time to time but i really don't care
what happens.

a nba player recently admitted to smoking weed in the
offseason, as well as saying that most to all players do the
same. whoops

good news.

San Francisco just passed a law that made pot arrests on
private property the absolute lowest priority they have to
deal with. link
