fucking tired of that pattern no matter what sounds are in
it

drum and bass is proper dance music. ed rush & optical is
one of best if not the best drum and bass musics around.
their mid 90's stuff, not so fond of the new thing.

It's no good, maybe fun for the first listen but it wears
out incredibly fast.

you mean the new stuff? it has fun moments, but yes, it's
more a music you play in a party, opposed to their earlier
stuff which works in party as well as sitting in your fav
chair.

The older stuff is good. I liked them better when they were
seperate. A lot of their work as Fortran (ed rush, optical
and fierce) was ace.
Here is the edrush/optical stuff you need to check out (hint
most of it isn't on virus recs!)

They have had a huge influence on todays Neurofunk scene .
Especialy on producers like Phace you can hear that .
Listen to E&O's tune called "wormhole" and then any Phace
tune of late and you hear it. Not that it's a bad thing
though , i fucking love Phace.
