Do you use DOSBox to run this? I haven't played this game in
ages... ah, memories.

Your mom is hard drivin'. I just bought a new car. Really
good mood. Jazz Jackrabbit. Hard Drivin'. Ass and TITS.

83 + 62 + 28 / 3 = 57,6

Your overall shoulda been 58 %. This means that the game is
actually better than what you have lead us to believe. This
makes you A LIER, A HERETIC AND A HELLSPAWN.

Weird, I was thinking about this game today. I remember it
as weird and clumsy and unlovable but I should play it
again.

Duke - Doom - Rise of the Triad - Wolfenstein

ah the days of First Person Shooters...

I've spent countless days of my life roaming virtual worlds
looking for non-existent enemies... nothing to be proud of
as far as I'm concerned

version, back when full retail games were a distant dream.

It was a pretty good game. I replay Day of the tentacle and
Monkey island 1 & 2 at times. I want to play zak mckracken
and the alien mindbenders again too, but i can't find it
anywhere.

Ooh TIE fighter! First game I got for my first PC..or I got
a PC to play this game. It was copied on 15 disks or
something insane like that.

I remember AutoCAD came on 72 floppies.

The video I linked to showed me the ending for the first
time. The A500 disks were screwed and it always froze after
killing the blue tornado female end boss. Sometimes it froze
right after killing the dragon, just for the hell of it,
"You ain't seeing the swirling lady this time, pimple face.
Try again."

Nearly two decades later. Some things are worth waiting for.

There was this DOS racing game we used to play all the time
in high school programming class. You keep your car in a
garage and sometimes it looks like a Pontiac Thunderbird.
Yes, more than one car, and you could race 'em for pink
slips. What was this called?

i so miss the days of buying one of those stacks of demo cds
and playing the same 3 levels over and over.

raptor, doom, duke, rott, wolf3d, decent... some of
the best games ever made.

i even remember trying to run a pre-release demo of quake i
somehow got ahold of on my dad's 486... didn't quite work
out so well.

Yeah, my copy did that exact same thing as well. I played it
through in dosbox later tho. It was still good fun, after
all those years.

Anyone else played Ultima underworld??? It's so good it's
ridiculous.

Hah that used to happen on a few of my games, my Golden Axe
disk would crash right during the ending animation, Wings
would sometimes lose my progress, thinking of Wings it's
still the best dogfight war game of ever.

on another patrol" heheh..

I always sucked at the non-dog fighting parts of the game.

Yeah that one, indeed the non dogfight missions where very
tough specially the top view ones where you had to drop
bombs on certain target.
