delusional.

oh god i just can't lie to you. you're too good for that.
i'm weak and gave in after 2 weeks and 2 days. but it's not
all bad, a week later i went for a week with only having 1.
whoever said something about doing it cold turkey doesn't
work was right. i need to ease 'em off. it may take me a
couple of years though...

if it makes it justifiable, i was going through a massive
psychological breakdown and the cigarette saved me from the
bottomless pit of crazed destructive self pity.

sorry to hear about the breakdown , its not nice. gets some
time off have a holiday if you can.. ive been there too not
good.

not to worry about smoking .the thing is you began to train
your mind....no one gives up first go . 2 weeks is actually
rather incredible !!

i gave up started after 2-3 days gave up started.etc a fair
few times.....but finally I found the little switch in my
head and turned off the craving,

its like you look for your remote control for your tv ...its
a freaking pain in the arse....but once you find it you can
control your cravings. easy ...haha.

hey during such painful times ( ive been there) is common to
ask docs for prescribed drugs ..you may not. but just
friendly advice, if you do , check the damn things out on
the net first.
i had some once and the results were devastating.

fun stuff.

have a holiday..or go go-karting. haha try do something for
yourself and not worry about others or what others think ..
or if it is all about that...write a letter get it all out
your head ...i did that and it helps big time. why let those
things bounce around in your head.

peace:)

are you really going through a psychological breakdown? or a
break THROUGH?

nobody owes you anything
you don't owe anybody anything at all
you don't need anyones help at all
nobody does anything they don't want to do
nobody needs your help
nobody does anything inappropriate given their model of the
world
there's no such thing as right and wrong

how different would you life be if those statements were
true?

all you need's love and peace, man. love, peace, music. love
yourself. love everybody. be at ease about everything. have
patience and ease. smile :)

i'm alright now. i went to scotland for a week. that was
cool. kind of like being in lord of the rings. in many ways
though i see pain and struggle as almost necessary in life.
they say you only get out what you put in, so i figure if
you endure long periods of time where you'd rather be dead,
then the balance should work out where you're glad you're
not dead.

do you respect yourself?

if YOU was a reality tv programme, would you look up to the
character on screen and go 'god damn. i really respect that
guy'

i dont require anybody to meet any criteria for them to
have my respect - they just "are" and they "do". respects
probably something to do with morals and my brain can't
comprehend something like morals.

the respect i have for another is the same amount of respect
i have for myself since i know we are all one single
superorganism

Smoking's no biggie. Just quit.

If you didn't think it was addictive, you could have quit at
any time with no hassle.

you're right. the only reason it's difficult is because it's
so incredibly pleasurable.

almost a bit like giving up masturbation

I hate myself i am a crying little baby, Aphex Twin would
hate me if he knew me. I am an annoying little whiny bitch
all of the time and i would commit suicide but im too afraid
to kill myself, i am a loser and i hate everyone that is
usually happy because i am not. I am probably a reppressesd
homosexual that would just lovew to have a boyfriend. I
would love to suck a dick. No one will reply to this.

i get too moody. Because i feel like the place i am at is
not where i want to be. all my friends feel fake and in
their own world of shit just like me, so everytime we hang
out its all wierd, at least for me. I let my cat out
tonight, i think she fucked some guy cat.

I hope Submerge records tells me i have no future.

you know what though, if you feel like you don't respect
yourself because you are not doing enough good then that is
not bad at all. just consider that your drive to
accomplish what will make you feel better. help you parents
with yard work this weekend, volunteer to help a friend
move, maybe the little things will help you feel better.

it is only the value system that dictates what is good or
bad, otherwise there's no such thing as good or bad - it's
conceptual. self respect is fulfilling your own personal
ethical code and not allowing yourself to be told what to
think and feel by others. think independently and question
everything including yourself, that's the first step to
truth, truth is all there is.

here's some potentially good advice from some stranger out
in the ether:

don't doubt the razorblade_uk.

when you find the difference between desiring this change
and willing this change, you'll find it happening to you.

you've got to learn to get out of the way of razorblade_uk.

i don't even know you, and as far away as you seem to be
from where you're going, i can see already that you'll make
it.

for one, i will not doubt the razorblade_uk.
