Just messing with building drum patterns and bass over top of loops. I stumbled upon this weird alternate chord progression (see about 1:50).

You should use your super hacking ability and create complexity lipswitch/8000 bc/lp5 style.
I've been reading ActionScript 3.0 Game Programming University, and for once am actually learning kinda useful stuff but its still ridiculously non user friendly and an irritating slow paced hassle. If I try to do something on my own without the book, I have little clue how to arrange what I want in the code of things with dots and parenthesis. I wanted to tell an event listener to respond to the keyboard input of 'd'. But I couldn't tell it 'd', I had to say '108' or whatever number it refers to the key d. There's probably some built in function where you can just say convertThisFuckingKeyToTheNumberUsedByTheComputer('d'), but that's like finding a needle in a haystack.
I think there is 'Keyboard Event' and also 'Text Event' and its not obvious which one to use, or whether you want to use parenthesis or dots or what order to put stuff in or what to even include.
Then the help file for everything sucks (not geared towards newbies at all) so you pretty much don't know what anything is actually supposed to do.

good, the best of your last 3 spams. I like the vocal cutting around 2:15 and onward. I think you could have added a few more sounds to last leg to spice it up, but still good.

One more, this time a 2pac acapella. I asked cygnus if it was ok and he said black people think it's ok that I made this. LAZY_MP3

On behalf of black people everywhere, Cygnus hereby grants jkd official permission to add drum pattern and base to lyrics featuring the 'n' word, under the following contract:
* jkd understands and agrees that the 'n' word had no negative racial connotations toward black people in this case
* to show more appreciation for black culture, jkd must listen to Chocolate Rain by Tay Zonday 23 times (assuming he even is black)
* fuck the police

Word.
Here's a DJ mix I made in Live. It was fun... Not sure why I never tried doing that before. Next time I should hook up something to the crossfader rather than just mousing it. LAZY_MP3
