**** WIRE SPOILERS ALERT ****
FINALLY finished season 5 last night. Even though i've torrented every season, i was saving the episodes for when they appeared on BBC2 at night, cos it kinda turned into a nice ritual. I shall watch all again from the start, especially since i missed all of season 1 and only began watching halfway in season 2. Anyway...
Wow, great last couple of episodes. All perfectly paced. There was some incredibly powerful lines in there, not least Bunny's 'You're right, there's nothing to be done'. I think i want to retract my statement about the Cutty storyline most affecting me, because the wrap up to both Bunny & Bubs was brilliantly done.
There was just the right amount of redemption, but also hopelessness (Dukie, Carcetti becoming a cunt, Valchek etc.). Absolutely brilliant. Can't wait to watch again.

Wow, I only started watching from halfway through season 2, all the way to the end. Right, so now I've gone back to the start, and Prez blinding a 14 year old kid & getting all trigger happy? I'm fucking shocked, I guess he changes for the better big time. I used to love the Prez, and I still do for what he does later, but now I feel our relationship is tarnished.

haha yeah you're watching a rite of passage in reverse. I think you'll be cool with him again by the end of season 1. Prezbo's one of my faves.

+1 for Breaking Bad, I must say that I'm hooked. Good to see Malcolms father trying something darker.
