i think is great and original in a very good evolution way.

Taoiyo Matsumoto is the mangaka,
is who draw the comic from where
this film anime comes.

i got the comic since a few years ago in french language,

dont understand it but enjoy a lot the draws style.

Amer Beton.

I wrote a quick review at Netflix for it:

Every once in a while, something comes along in the Anime
genre that I can enjoy, but rarely am I absolutely floored
by these movies. Tekkon Kinkreet is the exception. I
absolutely love this film and haven't been this excited
about any film, animated or not, in a very long time. From
the very first frame I was absorbed by the rich imagery and
amazing soundtrack. The animation is so spectacular that I
couldn't tear my eyes away to read subtitles and had to turn
on the English language dubbing, something I usually can't
stand to do. Fortunately the dub is pretty good and doesn't
take away from the film. It is a cartoon after all. But
Tekkon Kinkreet doesn't stop at stunning animation, the
characters are so well developed, and the story so
engrossing that I found myself thinking about it long after
the film ended, excited for a chance to watch it again. It
is a story about 2 brothers' struggle to save their home
from rival factions who want to take over the town for their
own purposes. This battle has profound consequences on every
party involved, be they small time gangs, Yakuza, or evil
alien-like demigods. This battle proves brutally violent to
the body and spirit of every combatant. I Love This Film.
