i've seen a programme about this condition on tv. it's all to do with the amount of a certain chemical during pregnacy. too much and you get two faces like that girl, too little and the face is too small and you get cyclop's. there's a woman who researched it with chickens. she varied the amount of the chemical in eggs and got either 2 headed chicks or cyclops chicks.

you gotta admire the indians, they call her a goddess. there was that girl born with 4 arms and 4 legs too whom they also called a goddess. had it been in britain a few hundred years ago we'd probably have burnt them for being witches or sumthin.
