I'm looking for some good poppy soul music, e.g. early Motown and do wop(?). How'd I get here? Easy, I've been listening to much rocksteady and I want to keep going back in time. From what I understand, The Impressions were a huge influence on many, but other than them, I don't know where to start. Can you recommend any solid LPs from the 50s 60s? |
