I can't stand it either. To me, it's relatively bland
throughout with one or two nice bits here and there. I've
only heard it twice all the way through though.

i love this album, its so awesome. every time i hear it i
appreciate something else about it. burial has got this
unique sound, its like an expression of the times, cities
nearing a cyberpunk environment.

i agree. to me it is a mix of like FSOL's Dead Cities and
BOC.
it's large, gritty, dark, but also a little fruity. i love
