Here are some albums I listen to for teh fun: Out Hud - S.T.R.E.E.T. D.E.A.D. (Out Hud might be labeled with the 'dance punk' scene, but this album is very different from that imo. It's funky, super wierd and fun.) Ween - Chocolate And Cheese (Ween's most famous album and a real laugh.) Talking Heads - The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads (Talking Heads' best live album which also serves as a 'Best of' album. They were an amazing live band.) Isolee - Wearemonster (Wierd synth/electro pop. Strange song structures and ideas set it apart from similar acts and makes it really enjoyable.) Frank Black - Teenager Of The Year (Frank Black's second solo album after the break up of Pixies. Highly underrated compared to the Pixies catalogue, I think. It's a great party record.) |
