1st half of this set included some of the most amazingly
constructed music ive ever heard. saw them in manchester and
glasgow in the last few days but only tonight did it really
start to blend. the sound system was insane. snd really are
something else. i cannot understand how the music can be so
loud and yet cause no pain/deafness. pure quality.

They were amazing, as was the sound quality (I was also
perplexed how bloody loud it was and how little it hurt,
apart from parts of Rob Hall at the end....)

I need to explore SND. Very interesting music.

The only disappointment was the crowd. I know not everyone
wants to dance to Autechre, but everyone around me stood
incredibly still, or talked (which I couldn't hear because
of the great sound, but could still see.) I thought the
music was hard to resist dancing to, no matter what drugs
you've taken - it's really physical and body-pushing. Lots
of warm delicious bass lines and fantastic build ups.

I agree with CS2x, i had to go to a part of the gig where
people were dancing. There was a point in which I couldn't
resist dancing because Autechre was so good.

Autechre are the best electronic act I have ever seen.

They were just shit hot.

Anyone know where I can find releases by SND or samples to
listen to? I've looked about on google but found nothing.

Thanks!

CS2x = I got all their stuff off Soulseek. It's nothing like
their live shows.

yo,

Here are a bunch of photos I took yesterday at the London
set. We were right at the front so I got a few pics of the
equipment etc.

AE_London_04_03_08

Was a killer set, and had a good bunch of people actually
dancing, have no idea how people stand still to AE and Rob
Hall, SND is a bit more stop start but had danceable
sections.

cheers

Sam
