i've been every year so far, last year wasn't so great
though due to the weather and the fact they sold too many
tickets and there wasn't enough space to camp. i wasn't
going to go this year because of the camping balls up last
time but they've cut the amount of tickets and increased the
camping area for this year so i changed my mind and bought a
ticket.

i'm gunna sneak some drinks in again, i have a cool way to
smuggle em in, using juice cartons and super glue, they
never suspect it. i managed to get about 5 liters of spirits
in last time, this will work for any festival:

1: get a 1 liter drink carton (which is sealed with a silver
tab thingy)
2: open the seal very carefuly, dont detach it completely,
emtpy contents into another container (drink it, or chuck it
away)
3: get a funnel and carefuly pour your alchohol into the
carton.
4: use super glue to seal it shut again
5: when you go through the gates, you may or may not get
checked, but if you do, they wont find shit, and they cant
open the drinks because, well that would be rude, because if
they are wrong it looks bad on their part.

EDIT: this will work for any festival which allows you to
brink in drinks at all i.e. nothing in the US.

They know they make as much money (and probably more) from
water and sport drink sales as alcoholic drinks.

no water?? are you sure? surely they have to provide clean
running water for free by law or sumthin? it's a health and
safety issue. SURELY?!!

what day did you arrive on larn?
i've always got there on the thursday and have been allowed
to take alcohol in with me, so long as it's not in a glass
bottle of course. on the website every year they've always
said it's ok to take alcohol in before the festival alcohol
licence starts. they give you until about 6pm on the
thursday usually, after that you can't bring alcohol in.

you remember, well actualy you should, the flash floods, it
took me 8 hours to get there from northampton. it should of
taken 2 hours at the most.

it just so happens that the UK is hit with the biggest
floods since the 50s right in the region of the glade
festival
