- is tonight. DJing or performing I wonder... Are people

Again option after this morning.

Yeah, it's a decent radio show so it's gotta be broadcast
that early in the morning cos the BBC are incompetent as we
all know.

This is pretty good, though I'm increasing the volume which
means my death at the hands of my house-mates.

I hope they mix a few elements from Quaristice.

i can't see quaristice fit into this trance type of thing :
)

apperantly there will be some classic music and tangerine
dream inthere as well so maybe they put some of the new
stuff inthere.

nice to hear aphex bits inthere.

I listened to it, though not that closely, but I heard no
classical music or Tangerine Dream. Just acid/techno/hip
hop.

Not sure where she got that from...

This set is actually pretty fucking sweet. I can hear pads
from 'Piezo' and chopped-up 'Basscadet' melody, how cool is
that!?

"I don't wanna go...a ride...it's a good idea... Ok, let's
go"

-> It's sample of Dennis Hopper and Kyle Maclahan from the
David Lynch film "Blue Velvet" - it's used in "Pioneers of
the warped groove" by Hypnotist from 1992 - a great track!

Absolutely incredible mix btw. It's similar to that 15 min
megamix they did a few years ago for radio 3, but about 10x
better. Truly brilliant.

am i the only autechre fan here who's not too fond of their
mixes? I respect their hip hop roots but i honestly dont
like much of the hip hop or rave stuff they play. I do like
quite a lot the other stuff like Bernard Hermann and
Tangerine Dream though
