Leaked RIAA training video

The whole video is over 60 minutes long—these are just
two of the more outrageous minutes with Jim Dedman, from the
NDAA, interviewing Deborah Robinson and Frank Walters from
the RIAA about the benefits of going SWAT on music pirates.
At one point, Walters says the piracy/drug connection can be
so bad that you get asked "When you buy a CD, would you like
it with or without—the with is enclosing a piece of crack
or whatever the case may be."

"Find Pirates, Find Crack-Dealing Terrorist Murderers Too!"

reminds me of that video on that police convention in
fear and loathing in las vegas...

Anyone thinking that they might have actually confused
program/serial "cracks" with actual crack?

I really wouldn't put it past the brilliant minds of the
RIAA. It's like watching a bunch of monkey trying to hump a
football.

I haven't thought of that, it's just too unbelievable.
But,what if...

It's actually about 1hr40m in total--the first hour is with
the black woman and the fat being interviewed about piracy,
counterfeiting, bootlegging, and what evidence to look for,
etc. The second segment is how to qualify an expert witness.
I stopped watching after that because it was . . . boring,
and didn't really deal much with Internets. There were
some interesting things disclosed, though.

"the black woman and the fat"

I don't mean to laugh when you're being serious, and sorry
for taking the quote completely out of context, but that
made me chuckle.

I am more afraid of an army of 100 sheep led by a lion
than an army of 100 lions led by a sheep.

I downloaded it off newsgroups.

Zeph, don't worry, I did try to think of more appropriate
wording but... to be honest, nothing better came to mind :)
