i'm looking for a small, bare bones peripheral like the old
sound recorder programs for editing and recording audio. i
unfortunately had to get vista when i obtained a new pc so
i'm missing my old little device. or better yet, is there a
way to run the old style on vista?

p.s. i hate vista. a lots.
