What do you mean by 'doing glowsticks'? If its the image i
have in my head I don't think they allow that kind of thing

The new Xltronic Meet Up is set then - 29th, Detroit, a
school, upbeat techno stuff, guy "doing" glowsticks (whether
it's smoking, mainlining or fucking them has yet to be
