It literally is, because chances are, somewhere in the world at least one of the however-many turtles that exist is laying on its back right now. But earth has lots more gravity so makes more sense for things to be 'on' it. |

The problem is that the tape itself is not invinsible (oh come on, that MUST be the correct spelling of invinsable invincible , oh there it is). You need to somehow make tape out of turtle shells. |
