just listening to the first half of it

it's great! altho im not sure how well it'll go over here,
but he's completely lost any semblance which he had of being
an "electronic" artist; this is pure motworn/soul gooness.

i'd almost say he's taken a hint from amy winehouse, this
stuff is pure, catchy fun music.

Listening to it now and it’s FUCKING LAME - A HUGE FUCKING
DISAPOINTMENT! For those that thought Lidell was an
innovator, this album will leave you feeling cheated, for
sure.

'Jim' is full of horrible commercial muzak. Lidell's cod
soul wailings irritate quickly and the clichéd Motown funk
arrangements sound like a bad joke. The instrumentation is
dreadful- it sounds like fucking Jamiroqui produced by Mark
Ronson - that bad. You just can't take this shit
seriously.

The most interesting thing about Lidell was his mix of
electronics and vocals. The two Super_Collider lps were
great and so were bits of Multiply, but this sounds like
he's singing with corporate cock stuffed down his throat.
There was always humour in Jamie's music, but with this
record, I’m laughing at him rather than with him. I hope
Pablo Fiasco has packed his bags and told Lidell to fuck-off
for producing such wankery-drivel.

Warp is dead; the quality control has long gone. This is
it.....really...The End

"i'd almost say he's taken a hint from amy winehouse.."

I took a hint from Winehouse after listening to 'Jim'; I
stuck syringes not inbetween my toes, but right into both
ear canals until the ghastly wailing stopped and the druggy
goodness held within the syringes did its work. Mmmmm

"this stuff is pure, catchy fun music."

..I now have syringes hanging from my eyeballs. Enough!

ok yeah, um, whatever.

who the fuck are you anyway?

god forbid music is enjoyable instead of just being the next
obtuse exercise in knob twiddling which leaves people
scratching their heads for two years until they declare it a
"grower."

You mean, you don't know who I am?

Seriously though, I'm chuffed to bits you liked 'Jim'. I've
heard Westlife have a new album out soon. It's both fun and
catchy. Like Aids.

you guys are huge fucking faggots about this album

this album is good, a few tunes drag along (his slow ones
from multiply were way better), but tunes like another day
and hurricane are great. especially another day, incredible
song.

i do agree that more electronics would be good, but
super_collider was pretty shit, so i'm glad he's at least
making tunes instead of idm wank that adds fucking nothing
to anything.

also, saying warp is dead indicates you're more than a huge
fucking faggot, you're an incompetent, self important
pissant who knows zilch about good music anymore because
you're so delusionally in love with the fucking IDM DREAM,
fuck off.

Staz, when I was fucking your Mom in your bed (with the IDM
DREAM bedspread) she made a sound not unlike Lidell wailing
all over 'Jim'. It put me off my stride, to say the least,
but I soon fixed it. When you now hear your Mom and Pa
shagging, you will hear her honk-out Super_Collider's
Greatest Hits including the sqonky electronic wibbly bits.
No need to thank me, it was a pleasure teaching your Mom the
way of The Collider. Do u have a sister?

Why are you raping Warp's bottom to the point of full rectum
collapse? If you push any harder you might find the next
Chris Clark release.

Oh I love albums where a few tunes drag along - they're the
best bits i.m.o.

warp's been "dead" for years

what's dead right now is ignorant toolbags complaining about
how warp or whatever other fanatic label is dead

actually, on second thought, thats not dead right now
either, it was dead before it was born.

i aborted it.

Just let the poor automatons execute their weird little
programs before they perish. Some automatons like to make
'music' and some automatons like to complain about music and
some automatons like to murder people. To each his own I
say.

I have an exemplary grasp of sarcasm: Americans are great.

"folklore why dont you stop announcing your preachy opinions

I will if you do.

"The fucking your mum joke is so old now. It wasn't even
