i just read that music is published on dvd,
with better sound quality than cd´s,
so i wondered is this really happening?
does anyone own one just yet?

Unless they've already begun making small, audio-only (no
screen) portable DVD players, I don't think they would
really get a foothold in the mp3-player (ipod) market, but
for home-listening, and people with dvd-players in their
cars, I could see this becoming popular.

one article featured a list of concerts, no plain audio dvd
also those were hd-dvd / blue ray, so its clearly home
entertainment and not to battle the portable market.

i was just wondering if anyone has got or has seen
albums released in that manner.

yeah, sorry about missing the point a bit there. Haven't
heard/seen any music dvds yet, but I'll keep you posted. :]
