Actually a kind of serious question - did you use it for
anything else than music making?

welcome to the cult

and for the record apple care is awesome and well worth the
extra cash to safeguard against any kind of hardware
failure.

just don't let your roommate spill beer into it like i did.

i used it for the purpose it was built for - the MacBook Pro
is a "professional" line of computer which is a desktop
replacement.

i used it for music making, video processing, and general
web browsing.

it's not like i was controlling Skynet from my bedroom.

AppleCare may be great in the US, but in my experience (of
which i've had quite a bit) it is terrible.

the first machine that went to them for repair, they didn't
repair it at all.
the second time it went in for repair they scratched shit
out of the sides of the machine, forcing me to demand a full
replacement.

anyways, i'm not gonna go on about it anymore, because i'm
sure there'll already be a million people on here kissing
Apple's arse, telling me i'm wrong.

i've been through 5 machines. every machine died within the
first 6 months. every machine died of the same thing. each
machine was fully upgraded to the highest spec available at
the time of purchase, so the computers were costing approx.
£2500 - the last one, MacBook Pro (2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo,
4GB RAM, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, 1920x1200 high-res Glossy
Screen) cost me £2438.

all i can say is that when i get my refund through next
week, i'm getting another Atari Falcon030

ok you're new, so i'm gonna show you just how retarded you
are.

firstly, Mac is NOT an acronym of anything. you are
obviously a stupid person, as you think that the letters "m"
"a" and "c" stand for something, in the same way that PC
stands for Personal Computer.

Mac is an abbreviation of Macintosh. There is not such thing
as a MAC computer. There is such a thing as a Macintosh
computer, which some people refer to as a Mac.

secondly, yes i am a retard. thank you for noticing.

love

Tuss
