man's a legend, cheers for the link. first interview i've
ever read with him, i know what it's like with the faceless
UR thing but is this the only one he's ever done? surely not

City Lights.

Fantastic interview as always by the wire. He is such a
humble, passionate person, it really is amazing when you
consider what he has done for electronic music. Nothing else
raises a smile on my face when i'm out in a club than when I
hear The Final Frontier, The Illuminator, Message To The
Majors, or indeed most things from UR.

I actually do have a few qualms with latter UR output (the
latest 2cd eletronic warfare 2.0 release did nothing for me
personally), but as a label, they're made some incredible
releases over the past 18 or so years.

thanks for the link!.

the electronic warfare 2.0 album is pretty hit and miss for
me, atm. but new ur always has to grow on me for a bit
before i can really appreciate it. this one sounds like it
isn't going to be any different in that aspect.

wow I just clicked to read some guys last 25 messages and in
the top left of the screen it said "no explanation yet" !
that sort of shit could keep you awake for days thinking
about what it was and why it would need an explanation and
what the explanation would be once we figured out what
EXACTLY needed explaining.
