Are you familiar with that little prompt you often see before installing a program which says "please close all open programs before continuing with the installation" ?
I've been wondering lately... Do they mean very memory intensive programs, or just every program in general? It's alright to browse the internet while installing software, right? I'm pretty sure I've installed stuff with programs open before, but I've been noticing that prompt a lot lately. Just wondering if there's anything to that.
boring, shitty topic.
