Airwaves is a weekly radioshow on Enschede FM. A city
with ~160.000 inhabitants in the east of the Netherlands.
Our focus lies in electronic music.
The current roster includes Southern Depot, Poke -1,170,
Joost de Lijser and myself.
While Southern Depot researches the fields of electronica,
hiphop, dub and the likes, Ron242 delves into downtempo,
krautrock, ambient, electro, new wave, ebm, synth, triphop,
idm et al. Poke -1, 170 concentrates on the 8-bit world.
Joost de Lijser encompasses music from the 80ties 'till now
with old skool acid, minimal wave, post-elektro, new beat,
ebm, disco, new wave, techno and electro. And we might even
play other styles of music as long as it has some electronic
reference.
Passed shows are available here. We are in the
airwaves every Monday 00:00-01:00 CEST (or CET) in and
around Enschede and on the internet.
