Only heard the samples, they seem very nice.
I'd like to know why he chose the name autistici as it really puts me off. To me it sounds to close to autechre as does ochre.

The name autistici acknowledges the part of me that has an obsessive preoccupation and sensitivity to sound. I have met many people who have been labeled as having autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). The term disorder reflects a sense of difference from the norm a sense of something that is not working or operating correctly. It is clear that many people with ASD struggle to make sense of social situations and to communicate and interact with ease. For these reasons they may experience distress or anxiety. I acknowledge this struggle but also I appreciate the skills, strengths and abilities that people with ASD have. They bring a unique life view that should be more than tolerated or supported it should be valued. It is a life view that challenges us to stop, reevaluate and come to terms with the fact that the same world can be experienced very differently by different people. Akin to someone who has ASD I have my own experience of a hypersensitivity to noise and an intense special interests (sound and silence). ASD is a continuum model, therefore we are all somewhere on the continuum of having an autistic spectrum disorder. We all have difficulties in communicating our inner experiences or needs. For me there is a cathartic element to some of my work, a sense that something difficult has been worked through via the process and narrative of a composition. Perhaps the name autistici acknowledges and represents my own ‘disorder’ and channel I have developed of composition and sound design.
