I have vague memories of a cartoon show that used to run in the late eighties or early nineties that had some sort of post apocalyptic cyber cowboy. Naturally there were enemies, like some kind of skeletor ripoff bad guy. I think the visual style was that of he-man too.. Does anyone remember what this was and the title of the show?

I had a Bravestarr action figure... he was huge, had some neat accessories, and his limbs were very posable. Pretty solid, dynamic stuff. Like a GI Joe figure but thrice the size.
