ha good choice - very good. i watched it last year recommended by xtl and was totally blown away. when i now searched for something for today i searched in imdb things related to primer. i love movies which seem simple but you have to watch them at least two times to udnerstand them. primer a scanner darkly brick (higly recommended) |

You should like A Scanner Darkly. The book's better, natch. Recently watched season's 1&2 of The Venture Bros. again. That's a decent laugh. 2009's slated as a big year for cinema... there's been nothing much on for the last couple of months from what I've seen. |

i didn't know you wanted a GOOD movie... Hostel 2 isn't, but it's very much a "Saturday" sort of film. Honestly, Paprika is so much better, so I'll second that. |

Well at least it wasn't two films in one like Robo Vampire. What's great about it is it feels quite earnest in its ineptness. It's not really trying to be a bad funny cult film, that would be awful. It tries to be an adventure, thus producing something new and worthwhile. |

This is really bad and Tom Savini is in it. Caught it on cable on demand on the horror channel. I just watched this again the other day, and that same night adult swim ran the Futurama that spoofs it. I was well pleased. I thought Howl's Moving Castle was good and I really like Spirited Away, but this one is prob my fav for some reason. |

I found the original Solaris incredibly boring. There's even the scene in which one guy is thinking for about 5 minutes in a car (you don't know what's he thinking of, you just see him driving car and thinking). 2002 version is fine though. |
