I thought he'd died a few years ago, when they said he used
to slip a drop of engine oil in his cocktails, that may have
contributed to his liver problems.. I had an Evel Knievel
"wind up and GO GO GO" bike with rubbery Evel astride it...
and of course Aphex's AB4 pays homage to Evel with the
sample about Sky Cycles..
