Drink Grean Tea

Do it,

it is healthy,

it is.

I am bored, but green tea leaves me feeling 1/2 half awake
1/4 tired and 1/4 crazy/mental

I almost exclusively drink green tea with lemon, and have
done for a couple of years, tea-wise. I stopped drinking
coffee a few months ago: I thought I'd miss it more, but not
really... just the occasional smell of freshly roasted hot
coffee... mmm.

hmm, not really. Well, the nasty effects of all the coffee I
was drinking are absent but that's not because of the tea.

Have you ever had green tea icecream? Yah, it's pretty
good! I like all tea and I like it plain.

At work, they got the whole collection of Bigalo brand teas.
Have you ever heard of this, there are bears on the boxes?
Well the jasmine tea doesn't have a name on it, but it's
quickly become my favorite. I wish I knew who bought it..

Have you ever made ginger tea? I'm going to try this now.
Chop it up and boil in water? Ah, don't worry about me,
I'll figure it out!

I've never understood people who put milk in their tea...
milky tea actually makes me gag: to me, milk and hot water
just do not mix!

Its only for us pussies , it takes off some of the
bitterness and makes it less lava hot.

I put a dash of water in my whiskey too.

somebody recommend me a nice green tea, choosing between
morrisons own brand and a glass of steaming hot piss would
not be an easy one

You need to get the kind that isn't prepackaged into single
servings. It should be a sealed bag or tin of crushed
leaves. If you find a place with a decent selection (Asian
markets), many brands will offer at least two different
grades. As for supermarket stuff, I just buy what's on
sale. Last time it was Twinnings and it tasted raw and
grassy to me. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not my
thing.

At kung fu our green tea looked like loose wood chippings in
a big green jar. You didn't strain it or anything, just put
the green tea into the cups and added boiling water and then
when you drank it, had to be careful not to eat the bits of
wood.

I'm gonna get me some green tea.

Hippies believe in peace, I believe in hostility -> altruism
-> egotism. Communities should promote Zeon, altruism falls
short of that. Plus if you’re a hippy you can't start on
people who call you a hippy. Or something, you know what I'm
just gonna go out. I'll see y'all later.

By Green Tea I meant Stella Artois. -.-

I'd gnaw on a big stick of that wood and frown at people.

I need to find where I put your CD. :/

I quit caffeine entirely for a while and I felt amazzzzing.
Thing is for the first 2 weeks it's hell. Head aches,
sleeping ALLL the time ...

But yeah Green tea has just as much caffine lol.

Just as much caffeine as what? It has less caffeine than
brown tea and soft drinks, and a quarter of what's in
coffee. It also contains a substance that relaxes you
(can't look it up), but I assure you that it all evens out.
Go on, give it another try!

When I quit coffee I went through some horrendous
'withdrawal' symptoms--I knew what to expect though, cos I'd
done it before and I'd read about caffeine withdrawal. It's
a powerful drug, and one which is pretty bad for the nervous
system.

Coffee has around 56m of caffeine. Tea has about 35-60m of
caffeine.

Green Tea is about 15m of Caffeine, and Coca Cola has 33
grams of caffeine.

So yeah sorry I was wrong about the green tea, I was
thinking it had the same amount as other teas.

"I've never understood people who put milk in their tea...

its no different than putting milk in coffee. i have to
admit, i use to drink tea straight up...maybe with a packet
of sugar once in a while. And i thought the same way as
you...but, cream in tea is the bomb baby. i can't remember
when i started, but its been at least a year or two and i
rarely drink it without...just with chinese food or
whatever.
